The Rotary Club of Ratnagiri Midtown successfully organized a Free Bone Mineral Density (BMD) Camp on 16 July 2026 at Om Physiotherapy Clinic, Ratnagiri, to mark the birthday of Club President Rtn. Dr. Sandeep Kare. The camp received an overwhelming response, with 60 beneficiaries undergoing free Bone Mineral Density screening for early detection of osteoporosis and bone health issues. The initiative aimed to promote preventive healthcare and create awareness about maintaining healthy bones. Adding to the spirit of service, Dr. Swapna Kare distributed medicines worth more than ₹6,000 free of cost to deserving patients, ensuring that many participants received both diagnosis and immediate support.
